    I am having trouble uploading some of the new Bridge Learn courses, is anyone else?

    I've not heard of anyone having issues when uploading these courses. If you are still having issues please reach out to the support team and we can help get these issues corrected for you!

    Hi all, I have some of the bridge courses already uploaded to our system. With some of the updated courses, how do you replace the course so the updates appear?

    Hi Kimberly,

    There is not a way to replace Bridge authored courses. At this time there are a few ways you can go about this:

    1 - Export the users from the course this way you have a list of enrollments if you'd like to reset them. Archived the current course. Upload the new one and add the enrollments to that one. 

    2 - Archive the existing course and Import the new one, creating new enrollments.

    3 - Import the new course and use it to update the content in the existing course.

    Depending on what your needs are those are the ways to go about things. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything else.
